Bookivo Public Offer

Revision of 4 October 2026.

Draft terms. The Contractor’s details will be published before sales begin — until then, this page is not an offer in the legal sense.

1. General provisions

This public offer (the “Offer”) sets the terms under which the Bookivo platform (the “Platform”) provides access to software that automates client bookings (the “Services”).

Paying for a subscription through the Platform’s bot means full acceptance of these terms (acceptance) with no separate paper contract. The agreement is deemed concluded once the payment is received.

The Services are provided by a legal entity or sole proprietor whose details are published in section 10. Until those details are published, the Platform runs as a project and this Offer is for information only.

The Services may be used by any adult or company that runs a booking-based business: studios, schools, services (the “Customer”).

2. Subject of the agreement

The Platform gives the Customer access to a cloud booking suite: schedules, client bookings, online payments, QR check-in passes, reminders, and an owner dashboard.

The Service is access to software on a SaaS model. The Platform does not provide legal, accounting, medical, or marketing services.

Access is provided under the Customer’s brand: a dedicated Telegram bot, a mini app, and public booking pages. The Customer’s clients see the Customer’s brand, not the Platform.

3. How the Services are provided

After sign-up in the bot, the Platform creates the Customer’s workspace. Brand, schedule, and services are set up in the bot’s interface — no developers needed.

Access is provided around the clock except during maintenance. Planned work is announced in advance on the Platform’s status page.

The Platform may suspend access if the Customer breaches the Offer or upon a request from competent authorities. The Customer is notified of any suspension with the reason.

4. Pricing and payment

The Services are prepaid; one paid period is 30 days. The following plans apply:

There is no automatic charging. At the end of a paid period, the Customer receives a payment link in the bot and pays the next period manually. Access continues once the payment is received.

Payments are processed through payment systems connected to the bot. The payment system’s fee may be added to the price according to its own rates.

The Platform charges no commission on the Customer’s client payments: money for bookings goes directly to the Customer’s account.

5. Trial period

A new Customer gets 14 days of full access free of charge. No bank card is required to start.

After the trial, the Platform allows up to 3 extra days of full access with a payment reminder. After that, access switches to read-only mode; the Customer’s data is kept.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Customer undertakes to:

The Platform undertakes to:

7. Liability

The Platform strives for continuous operation but does not guarantee it without any interruption. The target availability is 99% of the time per month (allowed downtime < 45 minutes per month).

The Platform is not liable for the Customer’s losses caused by payment systems, telecom operators, Telegram, or unlawful actions of third parties.

The Platform’s aggregate liability for all claims of the Customer is limited to the amount of the Customer’s last paid subscription.

8. Personal data

The Platform processes the Customer’s clients’ personal data (name, contacts, booking and payment history) on the Customer’s instructions within the GDPR scope: consent is requested in the booking interface, and clients can export or delete their data via the bot.

Data is not shared with third parties for their marketing. The Customer is responsible for the lawful processing of their clients’ data outside the Platform’s scope.

9. Term and changes

The Offer takes effect upon publication on this page and remains in force until withdrawn.

The Platform may update the Offer; a new revision is published on this page. Changes apply to periods starting after publication.

If the Customer disagrees with a new revision, they stop using the Platform before the next paid period begins.

10. Contractor details

The Platform has not started selling yet. The Contractor’s full details (legal entity or sole proprietor) will be published in this section before sales begin and the Offer takes effect.
